[슬기로운 의사생활 OST Part 3] 조정석 (CHO JUNG SEOK) - 아로하 (Aloha) MV 입니다.

‘아로하’는 지난 2001년 발표된 혼성그룹 쿨의 대표곡 중 하나로, 당시에도 사랑스러운 고백송으로 세대를 뛰어 넘은 큰 사랑을 받은 곡이다.

특히 이번에 ‘슬기로운 의사생활’의 러브송으로 새롭게 탄생된 ‘아로하’는 극중 의대 5인방 중 자칭 ‘인싸’로 불리는 이익준 역의 조정석이 직접 가창에 참여해 의미를 더했다.
조정석은 그간 뮤지컬 ‘헤드윅’, ‘대장금’, ‘블러드 브라더스’ 등 많은 작품에서 가창과 연기를 겸비한 배우로 인정받은 바 있다.
그는 이번에도 극중 열연뿐 아니라 달달한 고백송인 ‘아로하’ 가창을 통해 이익준의 솔직 담백한 마음을 담아내는 동시에 달콤한 꿀 보이스를 뽐냈다.
최근 ‘슬기로운 의사생활’은 시청률 순항 속에서 시청자들의 뜨거운 호평 세례를 받고 있다. 이 가운데 조정석은 유쾌하고 따뜻한 매력으로 작품에 긍정적인 영향력을 전달하고 있다.
이에 따라 조정석의 밝은 에너지로 완성된 ‘아로하’ 리메이크 버전 OST 역시 시청자들의 마음을 단숨에 사로잡을 것으로 기대된다.
‘2020 버전’의 ‘아로하’ 편곡은 신원호 PD의 히트작 ‘응답하라 1994’, ‘응답하라 1988’ 등에서 ‘서울 이곳은’, ‘가질 수 없는 너’, ‘청춘’, ‘혜화동’ 등 주옥 같은 OST를 선보인 이상훈 편곡자가 맡았다.
새롭게 편곡된 ‘아로하’는 일렉트릭피아노, 무그베이스 등의 악기를 거쳐 네트로 미디움 팝 발라드 장르로 재탄생 됐으며, 편안하고 설레는 느낌을 받을 수 있도록 편곡돼 드라마 마니아들의 많은 사랑을 받을 것으로 보인다.
